Overview & Process
A listing isn't live on the block until the sign is in the yard. Agents on the South Side don't have time to haul a post around in the trunk, dig a hole in a stranger's lawn, and come back to pull it a month later. We do it for you.
Text us the address and the listing details. We install a clean white vinyl post, hang your sign panel and riders level and square, add a solar light if you want the sign visible at night, and come back to remove everything at closing. Your panel and riders go back to you or into our storage for your next listing.
One flat rate per post covers the install and the removal. Brokerage accounts get volume pricing and one invoice a month.

What Every Agent Should Know
A crooked post with a sagging panel says something about the listing before anyone walks in the door. We set every post plumb, level the arm, and hang the panel so it reads straight from the street. The posts are the white vinyl kind that don't rot, warp, or need painting, with a cap and hooks that won't rust and streak the post.
Chicago lots are tight. On a Bridgeport or Pilsen two-flat the front yard might be six feet deep, so the post goes where it reads from the sidewalk without blocking the walk. In Beverly and Hyde Park there's more lawn to work with, and we place the post where it shows from the street and photographs well. We keep posts off the city parkway, away from sprinkler heads, and clear of anything buried.
Frozen ground doesn't stop us. Winter listings get a post too.

Our 3-Step Process
Text Us the Listing
Send the address, where you'd like the post, and when the photos are scheduled. If you want us to hold your panels and riders, we pick them up or you drop them at the shop.
We Install
We set the post, hang your panel and riders level, add the solar light if ordered, and send you a photo when it's up.
We Remove at Closing
Tell us it closed. We pull the post, fill the hole, and the lawn looks like we were never there. Your panel is ready for the next one.
Honest & Transparent Pricing
One flat rate per post covers installation and removal. Riders and a solar light are small add-ons, and brokerage accounts with multiple active listings get volume pricing and a single monthly invoice. Call or text (217) 722-5379 with your address for a quote.

Service FAQs
Do you provide the sign post, or do I?
We provide the post. Our standard is the white vinyl arm post you see in front of most listings, with a cap, hooks for your panel, and an optional solar light. You provide the sign panel and any riders with your branding, or hand them to us at the first install and we keep them on hand for your future listings.
How fast can you get a sign up on a new listing?
Text or call Moe at (217) 722-5379 with the address and where you want the post. Most posts go in within two business days, often faster. If you have photos scheduled, tell us and we'll work around them.
Can you install a sign post in winter when the ground is frozen?
Yes. We carry the right equipment for frozen ground, so winter listings get a post too. If the ground is frozen solid at the exact spot you want, we'll find the closest spot that works and let you know.
What happens at closing?
Tell us the listing closed and we pull the post, fill the hole, and leave the lawn looking like we were never there. Your panel and riders come back to you or go into storage for the next listing.
Where can the post go? Can it go on the parkway by the street?
On the property itself, in the front yard. In Chicago the parkway strip between the sidewalk and the curb is city property, so we keep posts off it. We also stay clear of sprinkler lines and buried utilities. If a spot is a problem, we'll tell you before we dig.
Do you work with brokerages, not just individual agents?
Yes. Brokerage accounts get one monthly invoice for every listing, volume pricing, and storage for your panels and riders. Text us the address and we handle the rest.
