Storefront and Restaurant Glass
A smudged storefront costs you customers before they walk in. We clean entry doors, display windows, push bars, and frames on a set route. Restaurant glass gets a degreaser pre-wipe because cooking grease film doesn't come off with a standard squeegee pass. We already run weekly and bi-weekly routes for restaurants in Chinatown and the West Loop.
Pure Water for Upper Floors
For upper-floor glass on mixed-use and condo buildings, we use a deionized water-fed pole that reaches up to 4 stories from the ground. The rinse water has zero dissolved solids, so it dries without spots or squeegee streaks. No lifts or ladders on the sidewalk in front of your business.
Lobbies and Common Areas
Condo and HOA buildings get lobby glass, interior hallway windows, stairwell glass, and amenity spaces cleaned after hours, with shoe covers and drop cloths on every interior job. Boards get a flat monthly or quarterly rate based on the building's glass count.
Awnings
A dirty awning makes a clean window look pointless. Awning frames get wiped down and fabric awnings get a gentle brush and low-pressure rinse, included in recurring storefront contracts.
Scheduling
- Weekly or bi-weekly for restaurants and high-traffic retail
- Monthly for lower-traffic storefronts and offices
- Monthly or quarterly for condo and HOA common areas
- Early mornings, evenings, and weekends so we're never in your customers' way
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does storefront window cleaning cost?
A typical storefront with 4 to 6 windows on a bi-weekly schedule runs $150 to $250 per month. You get a flat monthly rate based on window count and frequency, with no per-visit invoicing.
Do you clean restaurant glass inside and out?
Yes. Cooking oil gets on both sides of restaurant glass. We use a degreaser pre-wipe before the squeegee and pure water rinse, and we wipe door handles and frames where buildup is thickest.
Can you clean upper-floor windows on a condo or mixed-use building?
Yes. Our pure water-fed pole system reaches exterior glass up to 4 stories from the ground. The deionized water dries spot-free.
Do you clean awnings too?
Yes. We wipe down metal awning frames and brush fabric awnings with a mild detergent. We never pressure wash fabric awnings; it tears the material.
