What can I do in the Moe Maintenance app?
Request any of our twelve services, choose an arrival window, save access notes and photos for each property, set recurring plans and snow preferences, view and pay invoices, see your service history, report an issue, and rate a visit.
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free for Moe Maintenance customers. You only pay for the work we do.
Which phones does it work on?
The app is built for iPhone. Customers who don't use an iPhone can call or text (217) 722-5379 and we'll handle scheduling and invoices the old-fashioned way.
How do I pay a bill in the app?
Open Invoices, tap the invoice that's due, and tap Pay. Your card stays on file, so the next one takes two taps.
Can property managers use it for several buildings?
Yes. Each address you manage is saved as its own property with its own notes, schedule, and invoices, and you can see them all from one login.
